The TigMop is a better, faster and safer method of weld cleaning. Made in the UK, we endeavour to use as many UK sourced components as possible to build our products. The innovative TigMop not only clean non-ferrous metals, but also by passivation returns the surface to its original state or better. The system works by applying a low voltage to the brush and passing this through a safe electrolyte solution through a carbon fibre brush, allows the removal of heat tint caused by the welding process, the process can also be used to remove stains on non-ferrous metals and polish them back to all their original glory. But more than that, the process also removes the iron oxide residue produced by the welding process and restores the steels protective chromium oxide layer eliminating the need for a separate passivation process.
